Menger sponge
The topological dimension of the Menger sponge is one, the same as any curve. Menger showed, in the 1926 construction, that the sponge is a universal curve, in that any possible one-dimensional curve is homeomorphic to a subset of the Menger sponge, where here a curve means any compact metric space of Lebesgue covering dimension one; this includes trees and graphs with an arbitrary countable number of edges, vertices and closed loops, connected in arbitrary ways.

Fairy tale
Other works have retold familiar fairy tales in a darker, more horrific or psychological variant aimed primarily at adults. Notable examples are Jean Cocteau’s Beauty and the Beast and The Company of Wolves, based on an Angela Carter’s retelling of Little Red Riding Hood. Likewise, Princess Mononoke, Pan’s Labyrinth, Suspiria, and Spike create new stories in this genre from fairy tale and folklore motifs.
iPad
The media also praised the quantity of applications, as well as the bookstore and other media applications. In contrast they criticized the iPad for being a closed system and mentioned that the iPad faces competition from Android based tablets. Wobble. The rolling shutter causes the image to wobble unnaturally and bizarrely.
